Revamping LOIT's Website for a Premium Online Shopping Experience

As a UX Designer, my primary focus for the LOIT website revamp was to maximize the value of LOIT’s editorial content, which required significant investment in creation. The challenge was to ensure that this content was strategically placed and recycled throughout the site to reinforce LOIT’s brand identity as a premium fashion destination. My goal was to find an efficient way to present the editorial features, keeping them visually appealing and engaging while contributing to both conversion and brand awareness.

The process began with stakeholder interviews to understand the content's value from the perspectives of marketing, operations, and business teams. I mapped out user journeys to identify key touchpoints where editorial content could enhance the shopping experience. From there, I developed wireframes focusing on content integration across product pages, blogs, and social media, ensuring seamless transitions between shopping and reading. We then conducted A/B testing to refine the content placement and layout, improving user engagement while optimizing the overall site structure for brand consistency.
