NOWLET

Managing LOIT’s Slow-Moving Inventory and Expanding to Luxury Product Categories

For NOWLET, the main focus was on creating a modular and scalable e-commerce platform that could accommodate diverse luxury products, including fashion, electronics, home goods, and self-care items. Our goal was to design an intuitive user experience that allowed seamless browsing of different product lines while preserving the luxury brand’s visual appeal.

The process began with a thorough analysis of existing e-commerce platforms, identifying issues in navigating multiple product categories. We developed a flexible, modular layout that could adapt to different item types, ensuring each product was displayed in an organized, visually compelling way. Wireframing and prototyping were key steps, followed by multiple rounds of user testing to optimize the design for ease of use.

High-quality product imagery was a priority, so we worked closely with photographers to ensure the visual presentation matched the luxury aesthetic. This modular approach allowed the platform to scale as new product lines were introduced, maintaining a consistent user experience.
