User Storyboard

I believe the most effective tool to create a User Oriented Solution is a user journey map. Using the user journey map, I can understand the user's problem in context and their behavior including what products or activities they choose to deal with it. As a result, I am able to make a list of their pain points, prioritize them, and create a userflow to solve them.

A User Storyboard is derived from the User Journey map. This is like a formula to simulate a solution in a user's context and review touchpoints with them.
