Each of my projects is grounded in Roger Martin's Playing to Win strategy. I’ve developed a framework based on its five key questions: What to achieve, Where to play, How to win, Capabilities needed to implement, and Measurement systems for improvement.

By combining this with user journey maps and storyboards, I focus on user-centered research to design meaningful, feasible, and viable business solutions tailored to user needs.
